My personal opinion of my design projects that I have done this year would be that I have tried my best and being happy with everything that I have created. I have pushed myself to completed all tasks requested.
Skills Developed:
Throughout the year I have developed my skills in Sketch up mainly as this is the program that helps create buildings and make them more realistic and both major projects we have had entails buildings. I have also being on Photo shop and Illustrator more for my competition based projects, and have learnt more about the programs. I have done stencilling in last years project which I hadn't done since A level.
Actions for Summer/Next Year:
Throughout the summer I will be working at Wharfedale Embroidery and going on holiday to Zante. I haven't yet got any other plans than mainly working. For the final year I intend on pushing myself harder and not jumping straight into my designs and think first, by gathering information and president studies.I want to pass the course and so will work myself to where I would like to be in the future. A graphic designer in advertisement. With creating my portfolio I need to think about next year being able to develop more A3 graphic design work that can also be reduced to be put into my digital portfolio. I am lacking in physical portfolio work and need to focus on this.
